Insightful and Creative Book filled with Wisdoms for every Leader

The Manager's Diary: Thinking Outside the Cubicle is an insightful read which should be on every Manager's Bookshelf. If your organization uses Tablets or Notebooks, make sure those machines do not leave the office without this book downloaded and easily desktop reference accessible. My copy stays right with my Windows 8.1 Tablet's Kindle App always.
Filled with tips, suggestions, and outstanding quotes from principal centered leadership experts, every page will bring your company's Managers to their next higher level.

Excellent organizational advice in easily digestible form.

Want to make positive change in your organization? Then buy this book. By using manageable short chapters centered around key organizational points Morrissey gives you "take home value" NOW. No wading through endless text waiting for the proverbial punch line, each chapter is a tangible shift for an organization. If a particular chapter doesn't happen to apply to your business or employer, just go to the next one - it probably will. It's a huge pet peave when authors blather on endlessly to impress you with their amazing thinking or accomplishments, forcing you to mine for the actual gold in the book (if it's even there). This book does none of that, and I am thankful to the author for not wasting my limited time. Excellent return on invested time and money. Bravo!
